We had a great time in this famous to all post-USSR folks town: Soap movie “Santa Barabara”, one of the movies which were introduced in late 1990 to Soviet people. 80% of population watched it. We met Devon from C’T Digital photography magazine, their US office in Santa Barbara:

From Santa Cruz to Santa Barbara, it took us about 6 hours to make it. Many stops on a Highway one overlooks (Vista points) , but still we did not stop as many times as wanted. last two hours were driven in a darkness. Genia snapped a quick pic with our little Nikon P&S camera:
After 5 hour sleep (kids where up at 5;30AM , time zones are not for them:) we went to San Francisco and spent few hours walking streets and riding this bus:

60Gb of photos in 3 hours. Going to buy HDD for the rest of the trip:-) Leaving hotel
Just a status update:Today at 3PM we’ll have a PhotoWalk at Marin Headlands area of Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. An approximate area is on the map, but I am not sure where parking is. We (me, Genia Larionova and our two little models, Sonia and Lillia) planing a trip to California this November, from 18th to 27th. The plan is to travel by the coastline, form San Francisco all the way south to San Diego. We will stay few days in bay area, then drive south, stopping for a day
